By utilizing the services provided by Pixel Electronics Repair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our repair services for MacBooks, game consoles, and mobile devices are subject to the following professional standards and legal guidelines.
2. Repair Estimates and Diagnostics
All service requests begin with a comprehensive diagnostic process. While we provide transparent pricing, initial estimates may change upon closer inspection of logic board issues or hidden water damage. We will always obtain your explicit authorization before proceeding with any repairs that exceed the original quote.
3. Limitation of Liability
Pixel Electronics Repair is not responsible for data loss during the repair process. Customers are strongly encouraged to back up all personal data prior to dropping off any devices. Furthermore, some repairs, particularly those involving micro-soldering or severe impact damage, carry inherent risks that could lead to complete device failure despite our expert-level intervention.
4. Warranty and Pick-up Policy
We stand behind our work with a standard warranty on all parts and labor associated with the specific repair performed. This warranty does not cover subsequent physical or liquid damage. Devices not claimed within 60 days of repair completion notification may be recycled or sold to satisfy the storage and repair costs incurred.
